Do More 24

On June 8, 2017, the DC Bar Foundation will participate in Do More 24, an annual one-day giving campaign powered by United Way of the National Capital Area.

Each year, Do More 24 brings together nonprofit organizations, corporations, and donors committed to making an impact on our community. Participating is easy. On Thursday, June 8th, CLICK HERE to make a gift! Your support will help thousands of vulnerable DC residents access the legal representation they desperately need.

A gift of $24 would provide a public interest scholarship for an attorney to attend a one-day litigation skills training.
A gift of $48 would cover the cost of an interpreter to translate a draft custody agreement for a low-income DC resident with limited English proficiency.
A gift of $124 would send a legal aid attorney to a homebound elder’s house to help draft her will.
A gift of $240 would help to provide a single mother with an attorney in landlord-tenant court and keep her family off the streets.

For more information about supporting the DC Bar Foundation through this year’s Do More 24 campaign, please contact David Stone, Development Officer, at or (202) 853-9025.

Thank you for your support!
