Honoring our 77 Society: Will you Join Us at the May 3 President's Reception?

The DC Bar Foundation's 77 Society is a crucial pillar of our efforts to fund the transformation of the District's civil legal aid network. Members of the 77 Society generously donate $1,000 or more to the Foundation each year, creating a necessary and steady flow of resources that help us continue our work.

The 77 Society, named after the year the Foundation was established, was created in 2017 to organize, develop, and activate a strong individual donor base. Since its founding, the 77 Society has grown to 88 members who give at various giving tiers: Friends of Justice ($1,000 - $2,500), Advocates of Justice ($2,500 - $4,999), Champions of Justice ($5,000 - $9,999) and Pillars of Justice ($10,000 and above).

We are incredibly grateful to all of our 77 society members for their continued generosity and dedication to the Foundation's work. To show our gratitude, we host an annual President's Reception in their honor. This year's President's Reception will take place on the evening of May 3, exact time and location to be announced soon. If you would like to attend, please either renew your 77 Society membership or join today. This year, we would love to reach 100 members. With only 12 more spots to go until we hit that milestone, will you help us get there?

If you would like to learn more about this opportunity, please email Daryl Byler, Director of Development and Communications, at byler@dcbarfoundation.org.
